Emris exists because we kept watching fleet customers struggle to find the insight they needed inside traditional, report-based systems. The data was there. Getting an answer out of it meant exports, spreadsheets and an afternoon.

With the arrival of capable AI, it felt like exactly the right moment to build a tool tailored to that job: one that sits on top of the telematics a fleet already has, adds its travel expenses and its schedules, and lets the people running the fleet just ask. Emris AI Ltd was founded in Dublin in February 2026.

Carl Daly

Co-founder

Carl leads and scales B2B software businesses. A C-suite executive and board director, Carl is rooted in technology strategy and equally hands-on commercially: customer renewals, launches into adjacent markets, go-to-market and business development. Earlier career in enterprise fintech at Murex, financial-crime and compliance software at BAE Systems, and tier-1 banking implementations. Focus: B2B SaaS, regulated industries, data analytics.

Gerard Gallagher

Gerard Gallagher

Co-founder

Ger has spent over 15 years building and scaling revenue organisations across Europe and Asia, including as Chief Revenue Officer at Radius Telematics and in senior leadership at Fleetmatics through its IPO and acquisition by Verizon. He has overseen acquisitions across Europe, built businesses from the ground up in the UK, the Netherlands and Germany, and coaches executive teams through Prime, his fractional-CRO practice.

Alexandre Cuny

Alexandre has sold and led fleet telematics in France since 2015: Sales Director at Fleetmatics, then Associate Director for the Alpine region at Verizon Connect. Before telematics, Alexandre ran ORNICAR for 13 years and co-owns Twin Lions. Based in Grenoble, a graduate of Grenoble Ecole de Management and Copenhagen Business School.
