We do not sell your personal data. We do not use customer or fleet data to train general-purpose AI models.
Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we rely on one or more of the following lawful bases: performance of a contract with you; our legitimate interests in operating and securing the service; compliance with legal obligations; and your consent, where required.
We share personal data only as needed to operate the service:
Customer data is stored in the jurisdiction (EU or US) you select at provisioning. Where personal data is transferred outside the EEA or UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards including the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and the UK International Data Transfer Addendum.
We retain personal data for as long as your account is active, and for a limited period afterwards to meet legal, accounting, and dispute-resolution obligations. Telematics and operational data are retained for the duration agreed in your subscription and deleted thereafter, unless you've asked us for a different retention.
Subject to local law, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your personal data, and to object to certain processing. EEA, UK, and Swiss residents have rights under the GDPR; California residents have rights under the CCPA/CPRA. To exercise these rights, contact privacy@emris.ai. We will respond within the timeframes required by law.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority (in Ireland, the Data Protection Commission).
We use industry-standard technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including encryption in transit, encryption at rest, tenant isolation, least-privilege access controls, and regular security reviews. No system is perfectly secure; if you believe your account has been compromised, contact security@emris.ai.
We use only a small number of strictly necessary cookies required to operate the site and product. For traffic measurement we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is privacy-friendly and cookieless, no cookies are set for analytics, and no personal data is transmitted to us or to Cloudflare for that purpose. We do not use cookies for cross-site advertising.
Emris is not intended for and not directed at individuals under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be flagged on this page and, where appropriate, communicated by email. The "Effective" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
