What you can ask
Each one used to mean an export, a spreadsheet and an afternoon. Each one is now a sentence.
“What time does each driver get home on average?” Emris takes each driver's last weekday trip that ends near their home address and averages the arrival times, per driver, with the trips it used.
Live position, speed and ignition for every vehicle, straight from your provider's API. “Who's still on the road?” and “where is 009?” are answered from the present, not from last month's report.
Your schedules from Outlook or Google calendars, or a planning export, next to the trips that actually happened. Who was on leave, which jobs were visited, which had no trip at all.
Card expenses imported from your provider's export, whatever the layout, and matched to trips. Fuel bought far from any route, weekend fuel, expense lines nothing explains.
Litres per 100 km per vehicle, computed only over the vehicles that actually report fuel. Vehicles without a CAN-bus reading are named as missing data, never counted as perfectly efficient.
Upload an address list, a repair quote or a fuel receipt. Emris extracts the facts, and from then on they're part of the conversation, next to the trips and the calendar.
