It sits on top of Webfleet rather than replacing it; you keep your hardware, your portal and your contract.

Route 1 · Upload

No integration work. Upload the monthly trip-detail report (PDF) you already download from the Webfleet portal. OptiDrive and EV reports are supported too. Emris parses it and your first answer is minutes away. Re-upload each month, or move to the API when you're ready.

Route 2 · API

Continuous sync. Connect the WEBFLEET.connect API. Trips replicate every 15 minutes and live vehicle positions become available in chat. Read-only credentials, stored encrypted. Historical uploads and API data land in one continuous timeline.

Can I use AI with my Webfleet data?

Yes. Emris is an AI assistant for Webfleet: upload the Webfleet reports you already download, or connect the WEBFLEET.connect API, then ask questions in plain words about trips, drivers, vehicles, fuel, schedules and expenses. Answers come with the rows they were computed from.

Do I need the WEBFLEET.connect API to get started?

No. Most fleets start by uploading last month's Webfleet report and asking their first question the same afternoon. The API connection adds continuous sync and live vehicle positions, and can be switched on later without touching the history.

Does Webfleet have AI built in, and do I still need it?

Webfleet gives you its own reports and dashboards, and you keep using them. Emris is an independent AI layer that reads that data alongside your calendars and card expenses, so one question can span all three. It does not replace your Webfleet contract, hardware or portal.
